"Eternal Holy City" Okhema is a safe place for the citizens of Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail, and it is unlocked during Trailblaze Mission 'Silver Chariot, Away to that Blackened Land.' One of the Chrysos Heir Aglaea even rewards Trailblazer and Dan Heng their own private bathroom chamber as a thanks for the effort in protecting the holy city.
Okhema placed Holy Candles all over the city for its residents, and some of the people use the candles to pray for the Titan they worship. Trailblazers can find and interact with all these candles in Honkai: Star Rail to unlock an achievement and get a small reward.

Holy Candle “Eternal Holy City” Okhema Location 1
Start the search by teleporting to Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and head to the west. There will be a small gate leading to the north. Once players enter it, they can see the first Holy Candle. Interact with the candle and there will be an option to 'Turn it off and save some energy.' Choose to turn it off, and a small child NPC will come and warn you to not turn it off, but she didn't activate it back either.
If this is the first time players interact with any Holy Candle in the city, they will obtain one Memory Crystal Shard.

Return to the previous Space Anchor, and this time, head to the east for another Holy Candle on top of a fountain. Just like last time, interact with the candle and select the option to press the switch. This will start a commotion from a nearby shop where a customer loses their coin pouch. Surprisingly, the missing pouch is inside the Trailblazer's pocket.
Players can decide to return it or run away with the money. If they pick the option to return the pouch, the NPC will repay them in the form of Celestial Ambrosia and Earth Crystal Ore.

Teleport to Kephale Plaza Space Anchor and go north towards the Dromas Workshop. On the way to the workshop, Trailblazers will see a Holy Candle at the end of the corridor. This time, choose the option of igniting the candle. An elderly NPC will appear alongside a treasure chest that rewards players with Celestial Ambrosia and Golden Honeycake.

Use the Damionis icon to teleport to the Marmoreal Palace and turn around to the north for the fourth Holy Candle. Once players interact with it, a father and son will approach Trailblazer and mention how the candle has been out of order for a long time. After that, players can choose the option to touch the candle and it will turn back on.

Enter the room on the east using the staircase, and Trailblazers will immediately see the next holy candle in the middle of the Bathhouse Library. When players try to interact with the candle, a male NPC will come and try to stop them. Persist and select the option to interact with the candle to activate it.

Warp to the Hall of Respite Space Anchor and head further inside the room for the Holy Candle. Ignite the candle and a group of banquet guests will come to the player's location and reward them with Celestial Ambrosia and Chrysos Heir Dolium.
Holy Candle “Eternal Holy City” Okhema Location 7
Teleport to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor and walk to the east towards the hot bath area to find the seventh Holy Candle. Interact with it and pick the option to activate the device. The hot bath will increase in temperature and make the Trailblazer pass out, but the guests will help them. In the end, Trailblazers will get Celestial Ambrosia and Oronyx Slate as remuneration for their effort in fixing the broken candle.

The last Holy Candle in Honkai: Star Rail is located outside of Court of Seasons, on top of the stairs on the northern side. Once players interact with it, ignite the candle to get the rewards consisting of Celestial Ambrosia and Dried Sagelore Fruit.
Once Trailblazers successfully activate and deactivate the respective Holy Candles in "Eternal Holy City" Okhema, they will unlock the achievement 'Hermit Crab' with 5 Stellar Jades as a reward.
