"Eternal Holy City" Okhema is the only safe city in Honkai: Star Rail version 3.0, so it is not a surprise that it has the highest number of Enlightenments and Fragments on Recollection. Players can collect these items without worries of being ambushed by an enemy.

There are a total of 11 Enlightenments at "Eternal Holy City" Okhema in Honkai: Star Rail. It's best if players complete the latest Trailblaze Mission 'Heroic Saga of Flame-Chase' first to unlock every area in Okhema, especially the second level of the bathhouse that leads to the Garden of Life and Hero's Bath.

  1. Start at Path of Parting Space Anchor and head north to the first Enlightenment at the spacious area.
  2. Then, use the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor and go towards the pond on the south for Mural of the People Enlightenment.
  3. From the previous spot, walk north to the Dromas Workshop for another scroll.
  4. Now, teleport to Marmoreal Market Space Anchor. At the market, head northwest to the end of the road towards Tree of Union Enlightenment.
  5. Next, go northeast near the Janus' Hidden Passage for the last scroll in the market.
  6. Warp to Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor and upon arrival, head to the small resting area at the southeast of the space anchor.
  7. Use the Hall of Respite Space Anchor before entering the open bathhouse on the south. An Abyss of Fate Enlightenment can be seen at the edge of the room.
  8. After that, enter the Bathhouse Library on the west for another scroll.
  9. Teleport to Overflowing Bath Space Anchor and players can see the next Enlightenment on the platform overlooking the bath.
  10. Then, head to the upper level by using the Garden of Life Space Anchor and walk forward to the Vitae Library Enlightenment.
  11. Finally, use the Hero's Bath Space Anchor for the last scroll in Eternal Holy City in the east.

After interacting with all 11 Enlightenments at Okhema, Trailblazers will get the achievement 'I Call Upon Eternal Dawn' in Honkai: Star Rail.

Fragments of Recollection are memory residues in Amphoreus and by interacting with it, Trailblazers can see the past experiences within. In total, there are 5 Fragments of Recollection at "Eternal Holy City" Okhema in Honkai: Star Rail.

  1. Start by teleporting to Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and walk forward to the restaurant. The first fragment can be seen near the seats. Make sure to interact with the crystals so it will count towards the achievement.
  2. Next, go to Hall of Respite Space Anchor and head to the open bathhouse on the south. Players can find the Fragment of Recollection near the stage in the middle.
  3. Use the Court of Seasons Space Anchor and leave the banquet room to the west. The crystal is near the resting area in front of a pillar.
  4. Now, head to the second level by using the Garden of Life Space Anchor. Walk past the Enlightenment and players can see the next crystal.
  5. Lastly, use the Hero's Bath Space Anchor and walk to the east for the final Fragment of Recollection. This one features the whole cast of Flame-Chaser Heroes in version 3.0.

After listening to every Fragment of Recollections in "Eternal Holy City" Okhema, Trailblazers will get the achievement 'Big City Anecdotes.' The rewards can be accessed under the Achievement page, and 10 Stellar Jades can be obtained after unlocking these two achievements in Honkai: Star Rail.
