Honkai: Star Rail's massive version 2.0 update has finally been released, allowing players to explore Penacony, the land of dreams, while uncovering its secrets, meeting new characters, progressing through the main Trailblazer storyline, and much more. One of the newly introduced areas is the Golden Hour, where players can explore a bustling city, new attractions, and many amenities it provides.
Honkai: Star Rail – Dream Ticker Puzzle Solutions In A Child's Dream
A Child's Dream is an area in Penacony that has three Dream Ticker puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail.
While not exclusive to the Golden Hour specifically, one of the new puzzle types introduced is the Dream Ticker Puzzles. In these puzzles, players are required to move Clockie to the required location on a 3D platformer-like area by moving or rotating certain pieces, or by adjusting the mirror to align certain parts of the contraption. Here's how players can solve all 4 puzzles in the Golden Hour area of Honkai: Star Rail.
All Golden Hour Dream Ticker Puzzle Locations and Solutions In Honkai: Star Rail
3 of the Puzzles are located in the second floor, while one of them is located in the third floor. In the video below, players can see the solutions for each puzzle combined.
Dream Ticker Puzzle #1 Solution
The first puzzle is located at one of the corridors on the north eastern side of the area.
For the first part of the puzzle:
- Move the sideways puzzle piece to the end, to be able to carry the other piece directly to connect to the platform Clockie is standing at.
- Then move the sideways puzzle piece back to connect to both the platform gear is located, and the other movable puzzle piece.
For the second part of the puzzle:
- Move the sideways puzzle piece to the end once again to let the other piece be able to move entirely to the other side, connecting to the other small platform.
- Once done, move the sideways puzzle all the way to the end, where it will touch the mirror. Once this is done the other piece can be carried back to touch the sideways piece.
- At this point, the mirror must be moved to to the left end if not done so previously. Upon doing so, the pieces will be mirrored properly, allowing Clockie to reach to the golden gear piece.
Dream Ticker Puzzle #2 Solution
This puzzle is located on the most northern part of the map, at a rounded end.
For the first part of the puzzle:
- This part is very straightforward, as players simply need to move the movable piece to touch the platform Clockie is on.
For the second part of the puzzle:
- Move the mirror to the relatively middle part, so the platform would still be able to touch it, as well as have it's reflection done properly in a way that the unmovable platform looks connected with the platform where the golden gear is. It may need small adjustments until it perfectly aligns.
- Then simply move the platform to make it touch the mirror.
Dream Ticker Puzzle #3 Solution
The last puzzle on this floor is located just a little south of the teleport point on north west of the area, under an arched passage.
For the first part of the puzzle:
- Move the yellow piece to touch to the platform Clockie is on.
- Move the mirror all the way to the bottom right.
- Rotate the orange piece two times.
For the second part of the puzzle:
- Simply rotate the orange piece one time. Players don't need to move the mirror or the yellow piece for this part of the puzzle.
Dream Ticker Puzzle #4 Solution
The last puzzle on this floor is located on the third floor, accessible after players use the Bubble Pinball Machine to reach to this area. This puzzle has move movable yellow parts than the previous two, and hence some players might find it more confusing.
For the first part of the puzzle:
- Move the platform closer to the mirror all the way to where Clockie is standing.
- Align the mirror so that the reflection of this particular platform touches the platform on the other side where the gear is. Players don't need to move the other platform for the first part of the puzzle.
For the second part of the puzzle:
- Players should move the other yellow platform to touch the corner-like platform at the end, instead of making it go all the way to the end.
- Then once again align the mirror to properly reflect this particular piece, by moving it almost to the left end.
