Honkai: Star Rail

Penacony in Honkai: Star Rail is lively in so many degrees. Not only can people dream and party as they please, but the liveliness of Penacony even extends to living Billboards and Ice Creams. Eating these talking Ice Creams can lead players to earn the Third Cone's The Charm achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, and interacting with the Animated Billboards can give players a secret trophy as well.

There are plenty of Billboards in Penacony, especially around Oti Mall and Shopping Street where shops are abundant, but not all Billboards are alive and will follow players around. As normal advertisement boards are likely to be considered "ordinary," there's no achievement related to them. The living Billboards, however, is a different case as players can get the We Are All Friends achievement in Honkai: Star Rail simply by interacting with them.

We Are All Friends Here Achievement In Honkai: Star Rail

To get the We Are All Friends Here achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, players must find seven types of Animated Billboard in Penacony's Golden Hour. Here's where players can find each Animated Billboard location:

Teleport to Aideen Park Space Anchor in Honkai: Star Rail, then walk straight to find the Spheroid Billboard.
Now head east, then south to the main road, and interact with the Fashion Store Billboard by the bridge.
Continue south along the main road until there's the SoulGlad Billboard on the right.
Teleport to Oti Mall Space Anchor in Honkai: Star Rail, then go to the alley to find Trendy Laser Gun Billboard.
Head north, then east and interact with Bistro Franchise Billboard.
Keep heading east until there's a Mr. Herring Billboard after the stairs.
Finally, teleport to Dreammerse Shopping Street Space Anchor to reach the F1 of Golden Hour in Honkai: Star Rail. Turn around and head up the stairs to interact with a Trendy Doll Billboard.

Once you interact with all seven Animated Billboards, you'll get the We Are All Friends Here achievement in Honkai: Star Rail. This isn't the only Billboard-related trophy you can get in Penacony, though. You can also get the Bill – Board achievement by making the Billboard get hit by a vehicle as it follows you. These advertisement boards are keen to be noticed by the Trailblazers, and when they tail the players for their attention, they're not the most adept at dodging incoming obstructions.

Consequently, if it's the players getting hit by the vehicle, there's also an achievement called Rules Are Made to Be Broken… Which is a reference to the Physical Traiblazer's Ultimate tagline. Getting hit by a vehicle for the first time also grants players the Clipping (VI) sticker, which is part of the City That Never Sleeps Dreamscape Pass in Honkai: Star Rail. Since vehicles usually swerve out of the way if players simply stand in the middle of the street, they must wait until the transport passes by, then run toward it to get hit.
