Upon her release in version 1.6, there's no Light Come that enhances both stats, but she still benefits from other buffs like ATK, DMG bonus, and Crit. In summary, here are the best Light Cones for Xueyi in Honkai: Star Rail.

6 Collapsing Sky

Increases the wearer's Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 40%.

Xueyi won't be reaping too much from Collapsing Sky's Basic Attack buff, but the DMG increase for her Skill is still decent, despite her Ultimate being the star of her kit.

5 Shattered Home

Deals 40% increased DMG to any enemies whose HP is above 50%.

As long as the target has above 50% HP, Xueyi will deal a far greater damage to them. Shattered Home is an excellent choice for new players in Honkai: Star Rail.

4 Under the Blue Sky

Increases the wearer's ATK by 16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, the wearer's CRIT Rate increases by 12% for 3 turns.

Against several enemies, Under the Blue Sky can be an amazing weapon for Xueyi. However, the effectiveness decreases massively when fighting a single target. Against one enemy, a weapon like Nowhere to Run is more ideal as it gives a higher ATK buff on its passive.

3 The Moles Welcome You

When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate to attack enemies, the wearer gains one stack of Mischievous. Each stack increases the wearer's ATK by 12%.

The Moles Welcome You gives an ATK boost when Xueyi uses her Ultimate, Skill, and Basic Attack. Although she doesn't use Basic Attack much, it's still a decent weapon for Xueyi.

2 5-Star Light Cones

Although there are several 5-star Light Cones Xueyi can use, none of them perfectly cater to her needs. Here's a brief overview of each weapon and how they fare with her:

I Shall Be My Own Sword increases Crit DMG and has a passive that works as long as an ally gets hit or loses HP. Although players likely won't benefit from the Light Cone's full stack, the DMG boost is still decent to have
The Unreachable Side increases Crit Rate and DMG when the user is attacked
Brighter Than the Sun requires Xueyi to use her Basic Attack, but considering it boosts her Energy Regen along with ATK, it's a decent addition if players ever run out of Skill Point
Something Irreplaceable has a simple ATK buff by default, and some extra DMG when the user gets hit or defeats an enemy. It also comes with a little healing ability to increase Xueyi's survivability

1 On the Fall of an Aeon

Whenever the wearer attacks, their ATK is increased by 16% in this battle. This effect can stack up to 4 times. When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, the wearer's DMG increases by 24% for 2 turns.

Due to the limited number of Light Cones for Destruction Path in Honkai: Star Rail, On the Fall of an Aeon is one of the best weapons for Xueyi as of version 1.6. It grants a DMG bonus when the wearer breaks an enemy's weakness, which synergizes with Xueyi's kit. Additionally, the Light Cone can be upgraded to S5 easily, so it can surpass the other 5-star options.
