This Love, Forever is Cyrene Signature Light Cone, and her best weapon in HSR. It immediately gives her 18% SPD, which is insane for her kit. The Light Cone also increases the DMG enemies take from all of Cyrene's allies, on top of buffing their Crit DMG. It's a very supportive Light Cone that fits perfectly with Cyrene's gameplay.

To Evernight's Stars massively increases Cyrene's HP% in Honkai: Star Rail. While she can't benefit from everything the Light Cone offers, Cyrene still gets to allow her team to ignore 20% of enemies' DEF, which is very good for her kit. That alone makes To Evernight's Stars one of Cyrene's best Light Cones in HSR.

Memory's Curtain Never Falls universally works with any Remembrance character in Honkai: Star Rail. So, it makes sense that it's a good Light Cone for Cyrene in HSR. When Cyrene wears Memory's Curtain Never Falls, she gains SPD% and increases the DMG of her allies. Simple, useful, and straight to the point.

When it comes to the best 4-star Light Cone for Cyrene, Victory In a Blink is the answer. It's an F2P Light Cone that fits perfectly with Cyrene's mechanics, as it buffs her Crit DMG and increases the DMG her team deals during combat.

While the World-Remaking Deliverer set doesn't give Cyrene SPD%, it does increase Cyrene's Crit Rate and Max HP. Additionally, it also buffs her allies' DMG by 15%. This is one of the best relic sets for Cyrene in HSR, if she had a Light Cone that gives her enough SPD to reach 180. If not, it's better to go with other sets that boosts her SPD.

Messenger Traversing Hackerspace is the best relic set to help Cyrene reach the 180 SPD goal. It grants her SPD% from both the 2-piece and 4-piece passive effects.

The Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal set is between the two previous sets when it comes to giving Cyrene SPD and utility. It does give her a small SPD% buff, alongside the ability to increase her target's Crit DMG. It's not a perfect relic set for Cyrene, but still very useful if she needs a minor SPD buff.

Alternatively, you can go for 2pc Messenger + 2pc Sacerdos to quickly reach 180 SPD.
