Fu Xuan has been a prominent character during Trailblazers' Journey in Xianzhou Luofu, serving as the head of the Divination Commission. She has finally become a playable character during the second phase of Honkai: Star Rail's version 1.3 update, allowing players to experience her utility in combat. As a preservation character, Fu Xuan can be a formidable team member, providing defensive support and healing capabilities. Additionally, her abilities include providing valuable buffs like increased Crit Rate, making her a highly valuable character to ascend and invest in.

Especially, with the release of the Simulated Universe: Swarm Disaster mode, players who are interested in collecting rewards quickly may find it beneficial to level up Fu Xuan, as her Quantum element is highly useful in this game mode. Luckily, ascending Fu Xuan is not a difficult task, as players had the opportunity to farm her ascension and talent materials prior to her official release as a playable character, even though her ascension boss material was introduced at the start of the 1.3 update of Honkai: Star Rail.
