While trying to complete the Honkai: Star Rail Growls to Grace quest released in version 2.4, players will encounter an annoying IPC employee named Skott. This character is trying to bring a cargo filled with samples of unknown organisms into Xianzhou Luofu city, and it’s up to the Trailblazers to stop him.
Thankfully, there is no fighting involved as you just need to have a quick debate with Skott using your brain instead of your brawn. However, once players are victorious, there will be a fight afterward, so make sure to have a decent team in Honkai: Star Rail to end it as soon as possible. Here are the full solutions and answers to Skott debate and negotiation in HSR.
Honkai: Star Rail – The Best Yunli Light Cones
Yunli Light Cones in Honkai: Star Rail can be any weapon that boosts ATK and Crit, but those that increase survivability are especially great.
Skott Debate In Honkai: Star Rail
There will be four rounds in total and choosing the correct answer will increase your morals while choosing the wrong ones will make you lose morals. Players can have a long debate and take advantage of the Strategic Techniques to try and solve it on their own. As for those who prefer a more straightforward method, here are all the correct answers to quickly end the negotiation with Skott in less than four rounds:
- Make proposals from the legal perspective.
- The Sky-Faring Commission can pay compensation.
- Try to resolve this according to Xianzhou regulations.
Although Skott admits defeat, he refuses to let Trailblazers inspect the cargo immediately and says that he needs to sort things out first and talk with headquarters. While Yanqing accuses Skott of stalling, Lingsha appears and introduces herself as the newly appointed Cauldron Master of the Alchemy Commission.
She received a report from the Artisanship Commission about the suspicious cargo and decided to check it out. Surprisingly, she agrees to let Skott’s ship pass through without investigation, but Lingsha insists on inspecting the cargo. After the IPC employee reluctantly agrees, a short cutscene plays, revealing a Howling Casket that attacks players.
The enemy will use a Terror Grip, rendering some of your characters Terrified and unable to move in battle. The only way to remove this debuff is if the afflicted character attacked the caster of the Terror Grip, and in this case, it’s the Howling Casket. Once the fight is over, Skott and the other IPC members are escorted to the Sky-Faring Commission while the Cauldron Master of the Alchemy Commission invites players to discuss other matters over a cup of tea.
