Herta has always been a household name for all Honkai: Star Rail players, as her presence plays a major role at the start of players' trailblazing journey. Later on, it's revealed that the Herta who exists in the Herta Space Station is actually just a puppet of the actual Herta, which is why there are so many of them in different places all at once.
