Yukong is a 4-Star character that belongs to Xianzhou Luofu in Honkai: Star Rail. The Foxian is introduced as the Head of the Sky-Faring Commission which usually handles important paperwork. According to Honkai: Star Rail, Yukong was a seasoned pilot that was forced to retire after a certain incident.
Yukong Ascension and Trace materials are somehow similar to Luocha in Honkai: Star Rail, as both require all versions of the Artifex and the Golden Crown of the Past Shadow.
