Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail are teasing some of the biggest push characters coming with the next world, including a new version of a popular pre-existing character. As the sci-fi RPG nears the end of the game's Amphoreus cycle, HoYoverse has provided fans with plenty of exciting character releases throughout the past couple patches. Version 3.6 saw the release of two brand-new variants of past characters, introducing Evernight as a five-star version of March 7th and Permansor Terrae as a new Dan Heng variant. Now, Honkai: Star Rail's next world is seeing some early teasers.
While HoYoverse has yet to directly confirm Star Rail's next world, fans have already been giving some teasers about the Astral Express' next destination. Honkai: Star Rail is heavily rumored to be going to Edo Star for its next world, with the Japanese-themed world being teased multiple times through in-game lore. Leaks have already given fans plenty to look forward to from the next world, hinting at both a new Path with Elation and teasing Edo Star as Sparkle's home planet. Fans are now getting an idea of some of the world's biggest characters.
Honkai: Star Rail Leak Teases New Character Cyrene's Gameplay
Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail are providing early information about how Cyrene will play following her debut in the sci-fi RPG.
A new update shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Anon Leaks is giving fans an early idea of who Edo Star's "push" characters will be. According to the post, the heavily-rumored Star Rail version of Yae Sakura will be one of Edo Star's most powerful characters, previously leaked to be an Ice unit in the new Elation Path. Himeko will also reportedly be receiving a new variant during the next world's cycle, said to similarly be one of the "push" characters for the world. Honkai: Star Rail's next new world is currently expected to launch sometime in early 2026.
Honkai: Star Rail Teases New Edo Star Characters
The rumored "push" characters for Edo Star serve as two of the biggest leaked units from the sci-fi RPG's next exploreable world. Much like the previous world, Edo Star is expected to welcome the addition of a new variant for the Trailblazer, said to be an Elation unit similar to Amphoreus' variant debuting in the then-new Remembrance Path. Sparkle's association with the world as her home planet has also been connected with a new variant coming for Sparkle, following the Path of Elation instead of her previous Harmony alignment.
With the release of Honkai: Star Rail's next world on the horizon, players shouldn't have to wait much longer to learn more about the game's next world. HoYoverse has already confirmed the lone new character coming with the Version 3.7 update in November, with Cyrene expected to appear as the update's only five-star character. Cyrene will serve as the last member of Amphoreus' main cast to join the playable roster with her release, said to act mainly as a support for Chrysos Heirs. Honkai: Star Rail looks to have lots of exciting content on the way soon.
