Version 1.2 saw the addition of Stellaron Hunters Kafka and Blade while the upcoming Version 1.3 is set to introduce two more five-star units with Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan. Now, ahead of Version 1.3's launch, leaks are already teasing the next update's gacha banners.

While only Jingliu has made an appearance in Honkai: Star Rail as of yet, both of Version 1.4's expected five-star characters have seen plenty of information surface ahead of their official release. HoYoverse would confirm both Topaz and Jingliu for Version 1.4 following the Version 1.3 Special Program, also revealing their elements and paths. Jingliu is set to debut as an Ice character in the Destruction Path while Topaz will release as a Fire Hunt character. Now, players are getting a better idea of what four-stars will join their banners.

A leak posted by prominent Honkai: Star Rail leaker Star Rail Universe via trusted leaker Dimbreath has confirmed the four-star characters set to join Topaz and Jingliu's banners. Jingliu's gacha banner will feature multiple support characters in Tingyun and Sampo, as well as damage with Qingque. Topaz's release in Honkai: Star Rail will also welcome another new four-star character to the game with Guinaifen, as well as Version 1.2 four-star unit Luka and Sushang. Version 1.4 is expected to launch on October 11th.

The impending release of Jingliu and Topaz comes among a plethora of leaks about future characters planned for Honkai: Star Rail. Recent information has suggested Argenti may debut as a new boss in Honkai: Star Rail, joining past playable character bosses like Kafka and Yanqing. Leaks have also hinted at future crossover characters with Honkai Impact 3rd, particularly Yae Sakura and Raiden Mei.

While Star Rail's newest leaks hint at Version 1.4's release, the launch of Version 1.3 next week is set to bring plenty of new content to the RPG. Version 1.3 will add a new explorable area with the Xianzhou Luofu's Aurum Alley, tied to one of the update's main events. The update will also feature new content for the Simulated Universe, adding a new Path to the roguelike game mode with Propagation as well as new story.
