After completing the story for Horizon Zero Dawn, there are still many things players can do in the game, let's explore all of them.

To keep Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered in good shape, developers Nixxes Software and Guerilla Games have been releasing constant patches for the game, and Patch 1.07 is the latest one to appear for PS5. One of the major changes introduced in the patch is that gamers can select the Auto Pickup option in the game’s Pickup setting, and that Color Blind Mode was finally added to Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. Apart from these additions, the patch fixed various glitches, including one where the gate to Meridian would not load correctly, and another where some machine’s eyes did not flash before attacks as was intended by the devs.

The recent update comes on the heels of Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered’s Update 1.2 and 1.3 for PC. In these patches, the developers fixed several issues, such as mouse camera movement being interrupted during Photo Mode, or gamers being unable to charge bows during dodge rolls.

Despite being a pretty good remaster, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is not doing very well on PS5. According to a report from TrueTrophies, the release of the game saw 92% fewer PS5 players than The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, and the sales of the remaster were also outperformed by the original game on PC.

While some gamers seem to be tired of Aloy’s first adventure, another Horizon game is rumored to launch next year. According to a new rumor based on a job posting from Guerrilla Games, the new title in the franchise may be released during the first half of 2025. As usual with these rumors, however, it’s best to take the information with a grain of salt, especially considering that the third main entry in the franchise does not even have an official name yet.
