Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster has a heavy focus on Frank's photography, as that is the whole reason he's in this mess in the first place. Taking photos is a major part of the game, and one of the first survivors players can meet is Kent, who is also a photographer.
Kent will challenge Frank to see who is the better photographer, while also giving the player tips on how to take the best photos. After meeting Kent and completing his first test, players will be given a few hours to complete Photo Challenge; here's how to take a 500 PP Outtake photo.

How To Take A 500 PP Outtake Photo In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
Kent won't be back until noon the next day, giving Frank a few hours to get the photo he needs. An Outtake photo tends to be a goofier photo about the zombie outbreak and can be done easily starting from Colombian Roastmasters, the store Kent was first found in. Head out of the store and take a left to go down the stairs leading to the lower floor.
Make a 180 around the left side of the stairs to find the store, "Ye Olde Toybox". Head inside and go to the back right aisle to find many Novelty Masks lying on the floor. Pick them up and attack a zombie with one to place the mask on the zombie's head. Wait for zombies to come into the store and place the mask on them, with you only needing two or three. Take a photo with all the zombies with the masks to get get an Outtake Photo, and add more zombies if needed to reach 500 PP.
Zombies with a Novelty Mask on their head are harmless, so placing them on multiple zombies makes getting the photo easier and they don't need to be killed.

How To Complete Photo Challenge In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
Once you have the photo, make sure you don't take too many and delete it as you'll need to save it until Kent is ready to meet back up. He can be found outside Colombian Roastmasters at noon the next day, and won't stay long if you miss him so it's best to get there a few minutes early. Once you find Kent, he'll ask you to go through your camera roll and show him the photo.
You can see the genre of a photo in the bottom right of the camera roll screen, along with the PP off to the left so you can make sure you select the right photo. Showing Kent the photo won't delete it and will complete the scoop, only for him to request another meet-up tomorrow at noon to finally see who's the best.
