Mountaintop makes its entry as the second Shifting Earth Event that players will have to explore after completing a few Expeditions. Similar to the Mountaintops in Elden Ring, this location is a snow-covered highland filled with Snowfield Trolls and Demi-Humans.

Complete Guardian Remembrance Quest Guide In Elden Ring Nightreign

The path to Guardian's Remembrance in Elden Ring Nightreign is long, and you may need some help along the way. This guide dives deep into it.

As players climb the perilous slopes and try to reach the top, they will encounter far too many distractions and can potentially get lost, unable to find the blessing in time. This guide offers information on how players can reach the summit of the Mountaintop in Elden Ring Nightreign and what they can expect to find once they’ve made the journey, battling the various Dragons.

How to Find the Secret of the Mountaintop In Elden Ring Nightreign

The Mountaintop is located in the northwest part of the map. At the base of the mountain, there is a Spiritspring that boosts you up to the snowy plains of the Mountaintop. Alternatively, if your Night 1 circle closed at the southernmost part of the map, you can take a Spectral Hawk, which should take you up to the Frozen Ruins, where you can find multiple Ancient Hero of Zamur or the Albinauric Archers.

The Spiritspring is not the only way into the Mountaintop, as you can cross the chain on the east side to reach the location of the Troll, which will be the first boss-like enemy that drops a Dormant Power. After dealing with the Troll, you can make short work of the camp up ahead or follow the path north to find multiple Demi-Humans on your way.

As you get closer to the chasm, you will find a Flying Dragon fighting a Snowfield Troll. You can help either boss in taking down the other, then deal with them to get the Runes and Dormant Power before you make your way further north. Hug the left wall to come across a few enemies, accompanied by the Demi-Human Swordmaster. This boss takes quite a lot of damage and stagger, so you should be able to make short work of it and can climb up the wall southwest to make your way to the Mountaintop Ice Dragon.

Path From The Mountaintop Ice Dragon

As you approach the boss arena for the Mountaintop Ice Dragon, a gush of chilling air will blow towards you, potentially inflicting you with Frostbite. Though you can fight the Dragon, it is recommended you ignore the boss and fight him after you acquire the blessing. Look towards the south to find a wall that you can climb and keep. There should be another climbable wall on the east, and once you are on top, look east to find the Blessing glowing in the distance. Interacting with the Blessing halves the Frostbite damage and buildup you take, and also increases your attack if Frostbite procs nearby.

With the blessing in your possession, you should ignore the location of the Dragon, as it will relocate towards its northeast location.

You can reach the location by crossing the chain and heading right after the Monstrous Dogs. After the Dragon has been dealt with, you can simply head down to where the final circle is and find Snowfield Trolls on the left for some extra Runes before you face the Night 2 Boss.
