Metis is a new character and party member added to Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis. While the costumes for the other party members are carried over from the base game or purchased through DLC, Metis' costumes are earned through Elizabeth Requests, which are one of the many changes from The Answer.

Much like the Elizabeth Requests from the base game, many of them will be focused on fusing specific Personas. While there are easier fusion requests that focus only on level or a skill on any Persona, those requiring a specific skill on a specific Persona require a bit more work to complete. Request 23 is one of these more difficult requests; here's how to complete it. This article is also written without the DLC Personas factored in.

How To Fuse Succubus With Charm Boost (Request 23)

Succubus is a level 47 Persona, though Aigis will need to be level 55 in order to complete this request with one of the required base Personas.

This request is the point when fusion requests become much more difficult, as Succubus can be obtained through many methods but only one will guarantee her knowing Charm Boost. Other methods will be listed below, though Charm Boost isn't a skill card to be found, and those other options can be checked just in case one of the base Personas you have does already have Charm Boost.

The only guaranteed method to complete this request is:

  • Narcissus (Lovers) + Jatayu (Sun)

Narcissus is a level 23 Persona and will already be registered in your Compendium at the start of the game even if you don't have a save file from the base game. Narcissus naturally knows Charm Boost, which can then be carried over to Succubus. While there are other methods to fuse Succubus, this is the only guaranteed method to complete the request. That being said, it may be worthwhile to check the below listed Personas to see if you gave one of them Charm Boost through fusion as that would give you another method for completing this request.

  • Naga Raja (Emperor) + Oni (Chariot)
  • Seiryu (Temperance) + Cu Chulainn (Tower)

As her name implies, the main appeal of Succubus is her ability to charm foes with Sexy Dance, which she knows inherently. Charm Boost greatly increases the odds of this ability to succeed, making this an overall very useful fusion request.

The reward for completing Request 23 is the Black Leotard costume for Metis. This is Kasumi's Phantom Thief costume from Persona 5 Royal, which is obtainable even if you don't have the Phantom Thief costume DLC for the other party members.
