Players have two ways of getting the Axolotl implant in Cyberpunk 2077; they are as follows:

Completing Quests for the Axolotl Implant

Players can only buy Axolotl in Cyberpunk 2077 after they have unlocked it by completing all 23 gigs for Regina Jones, primarily in Watson. Regina Jones will offer different gigs with varying requirements and independent rewards to keep the player returning for more. After completing all 23 gigs, players will get the final quest to acquire the Axolotl implant.

The Last Call is the final side quest that players must complete, requiring them to make their way to their apartment and find the Axolotl cyberware in their stash. Get the Axolotl cyberware and add it to the inventory. Now, players must make their way to their nearest Ripperdoc to install the Axolotl implant.

Buying the Axolotl Implant

Players who do not want to go through the hassle of completing each and every gig by Regina Jones can rest easy knowing they can buy the Axolotl implant instead. To do so, head over to the nearest Ripperdoc, most preferably ones located near the following fast travel points:

Kabuki – Watson Pinewood Junction.
EBM Petrochem Stadium – Dogtown.

After arriving at the Ripperdoc, purchase the Axolotl implant to benefit from massive buffs and reduced cooldowns for all cyberware.
