Despite its cute appearance, Escape From Duckov is still an extraction shooter at its core, which means the risk of losing all your gear is still very real. The game is quite generous when it comes to death and its consequences, but whether you're trying to rearm or upgrade your duck or your hideout, you're going to need cash.
Getting cash in Escape From Duckov works much like how you'd make money in other extraction shooters (sans the multiplayer aspects). Completing quests and selling stuff will get you a nice bit of dosh, but even the most unassuming piece of junk can be valuable to you, and if you want to get as much money as possible, here are a few tricks you can try.

How to Get Money Fast in Escape From Duckov
There's a fairly quick and easy route you can take in the Ground Zero map that can net you a lot of useful stuff to sell. This involves looting a few toolboxes for materials and a weapon cache in a bandit camp to the left side of the map.
First, head out into Ground Zero via the bunker's main entrance, then take the path to the left of the crossroads. Stick to the edge of the map, and follow it to the left until you reach an entrance leading to a bandit camp. There should be some toolboxes along the way, so don't forget to search those.
Inside this camp are a couple of hostile ducks — get rid of them, then loot the weapon chest to the left of the campfire. This chest contains a random weapon every time you open it, and it can potentially contain expensive guns like assault rifles. There are also boxes in the camp containing food and medical supplies.
If you want to get physical Cash in Escape From Duckov, sell items to merchants you find during an outing.
After hitting this site, return to the bunker entrance, then follow the path to the right. You'll eventually reach a broken bridge that you can repair by using two pieces of wood. Repair it, cross the bridge, then south to unlock the shortcut leading to the bunker's cellar. We're not done yet, though.
Once you've unlocked the shortcut, follow the road north until you reach a clearing. To your left is another broken bridge, and to your upper-right is a fenced compound with heavily-armed avians. These guys are much deadlier than the red and green ducks you've encountered along the way, and to fight them, you'll need to use the nearby sandbags as cover.
Farm the black birds for higher-tier guns, standard ammo, and level 2 armor. Further to their side of the road is Pato Chapo, a boss with significantly more health compared to the others. If you can take him down, you can get some decent loot off his corpse and sell them for cash in Escape From Duckov.
Unlike other top-down shooters, you can't crouch in Escape From Duckov, but you can shoot over sandbags (and other bits of glowing cover) by standing next to them. Enemies won't hit you from there, but the sandbags will eventually break.
What Items Should You Sell in Escape From Duckov?
Duplicate weapons and armor are usually the first to go when choosing what items to sell in Escape From Duckov. The farming route mentioned above makes sure that you always get more guns and gear than you'll ever need, and you likely won't ever need to buy food or meds either as long as you ration your supplies.
As for everything else, we recommend keeping a full stack of each whenever possible, especially when you've just started the game. Even common materials like wood, nuts, nails, and bolts are needed to upgrade your hideout. Nearly every item in the game is used for crafting, questing, or upgrading, so it's only a matter of selling anything you have in surplus.
Do not sell Cores, Fading Feathers, and Dog Tags. They all have their uses too. If you loot any paper cash in Escape From Duckov, you'll need to sell them at the vending machine back at base.
