Getting the Gris-Gris Iconic Pistol in Cyberpunk 2077

Players can get the Gris-Gris iconic pistol in Cyberpunk 2077 by completing the Treatment Symptoms gig. To do so, follow these simple steps:

Head to Pacifica in Dogtown to start the gig.
After entering the Voodoo base, eliminate the Voodoo Boys.
Take a right and go up the stairs.
Take a right to get to a hallway leading to a door.
After entering the room, the player must eliminate the Robot R Mk.2.
After defeating the Robot R Mk.2, head to the base room, leading to a door where Milko and Alan Noel can be found.
Kill Milko and Alan, and acquire Alan’s keycard, which is needed for The Damned gig.
Reed will lead the player to another Voodoo base.
Head to the first floor and locate a room with graffiti on its door.
Use Alan’s keycard to access the room and get the Gris-Gris iconic pistol lying on the table.

It is worth noting players can save Milko and Alan and still acquire the Gris-Gris iconic pistol by acquiring Slider’s Hideout Storage Room Key. The key can be found after starting the Treatment Symptoms gig after killing the Voodoo Boys. Instead of heading up the stairs, go to the hallway and head into the room on the left. After acquiring the key, players will not have to kill Milko and Alan and, thus,, can access the Graffiti room to get the Gris-Gris iconic pistol.
