The Horned Warrior's Greatsword can be acquired by defeating the Wind-Aspected Horned Warrior, who appears near the end of the Enir-Ilim. If you haven’t unlocked this portion yet, don't worry — the main story will eventually lead you there. The guide starts from the Spiral Rise Site of Grace. Follow these steps to reach the Wind-Aspected Horned Warrior:

  • Spawn at Spiral Rise Site of Grace:
    • Head up the stairs and jump out of the first window to your left.

  • Navigate the Roof Tiles:
    • Once on the roof tiles, head west and then northwest until you see a staircase leading upwards.
    • Several enemies will be in this area; it's ideal to run past them and dodge their attacks. You can engage them if you feel daring.

  • Ascend the Staircases:
    • After reaching the room via the stairs, turn left and go up another set of stairs.
    • At the top, head southeast, jumping across the roofs. Avoid the tough enemy in this area as he can quickly melt your health.
    • Look for a window that leads to another staircase going up.

  • Approach the Final Area:
    • Once on top, do NOT get on the lift. Instead, exit the room via the staircase to your left.
    • You should see the Wind-Aspected Horned Warrior in the distance.

Defeat him, and you will be rewarded with the Horned Warrior's Greatsword. This will be a tough fight, so bring your best gear and watch out for his tornado attack.

The Horned Warrior's Greatsword isn't just for show; it boasts a unique skill called Horn Calling: Storm. When activated, the Tarnished performs a 360-degree spin with the sword, summoning a storm that deals damage to anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in its range. This attack can be followed up with two additional strikes.

While the Horned Warrior's Greatsword cannot be infused with an Ash of War, it can be upgraded to +10 using Somber Smithing Stones.
