Acquiring Tibia’s Cookbook is straightforward, requiring you to defeat just one particular enemy. First, you need to fast-travel to the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion Site of Grace, which is located on the southern side of the world map.

From there, call upon your steed, Torrent, and head uphill in the southwest direction until you reach a path with red flowers below. Follow this linear path until you reach Charo’s Hidden Grace. Now, take the path to your right with shallow water.

After a while, you will notice the Tibia Mariner cruising peacefully. That’s the enemy you need to defeat. He will disappear once you get close to him but will reappear on a level just above you. Defeat him to be rewarded with Tibia’s Cookbook.
