After you have the Z Rank, head to the Green Room and find the door on the right side of the S Rank door. Go through that door, and the NPC will stop you. He will say that you cannot use any of the A rank, B rank, or C rank rooms since you didn’t get these ranks.

However, he’ll unlock one room for you, which is the Z Rank Changing Room. There will be a newly unlocked passageway on the right side, which you can go through to access the Z Rank secret room.

Shadow Mantle Boss in Deltarune

You can access the S-Rank backstage area from the Z-Rank Secret Room and play the minigame. Completing the minigames on the console is needed to find Shadow Mantle and defeat the Roaring Knight secret boss in Deltarune Chapter 3.

Once you are inside the Z-Rank Secret Room, you’ll find a manhole at the center of the room. Go through that manhole, and you’ll come out of the backstage area of the S Rank room. The NPC Ramb likely doesn’t know about you being there.

Once here, you will find a console that needs a controller to play. After you get the controller, you can play minigames here, which eventually leads you to the Shadow Mantle. Shadow Mantle is the key to beating the Roaring Knight secret boss in Deltarune Chapter 3.
