In Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, players will come across a Nazi camp in the Funerary Temple of Khentkawest I that's heavily guarded. However, sneaking into one of the tents and grabbing a note off the desk will start A Thief's Promise mystery. It will set players on an objective to find a missing Nazi soldier who was last seen at the Khentkawest dig site. How to Complete A Thief's Promise Mystery In Indiana Jones And The Great Circle

To start the A Thief's Promise mystery, players must head west of the Worker's Camp to arrive at the Funerary temple of Khentkawest I in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle. The Nazi camp is heavily guarded on all sides, so you'll need to wear a Wehrmacht uniform disguise to get inside undetected. Otherwise, sneaking in stealthily will be the best approach.

Start A Thief's Promise & Find Nazi Location

After grabbing the Desertion Report in one of the tents, A Thief's Promise mystery will start, and it'll mark the general area where the missing Nazi was spotted. Heading to the location, players will spot a small location with a rock boundary with a white flag on top. Head inside said area and players will enter the Water Pumping Station site with a well.

You'll have to climb down the well and enter the underground crypt to find the missing Nazi soldier.

Locate the Missing Nazi Soldier Under the Water Pumping Station

Use the bullwhip to descend into the well and explore the underground area. You'll come across a dark room with a crack in the wall, grab a pickaxe nearby, and break the wall to reveal a hidden chamber.

Going down the chamber and going to the end of it to find a Nazi soldier's dead body near a stone slab. Pick up the Dead Nazi's Note off the slab to reveal the fate of the soldier. Collecting the note will mark the A Thief's Promise mystery as complete, but that's not the end of it.

While trying to exit the antechamber, players will come across a Nazi Brute soldier who was mentioned in the note. You'll have to take him down to exit the chamber and the Water Pumping Station.
