Make your way to the player selection screen.
Hover over a player and select the Cycle Outfit button to change their outfit.
Choose from the available outfits and confirm your selection.

It is worth noting the Standard Edition of the game has limited outfits for players, but you can get more options if you get the Deluxe and Grand Slam Editions of TopSpin 2K25.
