What is the Stormender Launcher?

The Stormender Launcher is a high-tech weapon system that fires a localized EMP, which destroys lethal and tactical equipment while temporarily disabling electronic devices. This launcher is state-of-the-art and unlike any other in previous Call of Duty titles. The Stormender has lock-on abilities to take down drones and take out specific Killstreaks.

The launcher’s most powerful feature is its ability to delay and disable enemy equipment, allowing players to attack and defeat them. It also has unlimited recharging ammo, so players don’t have to worry about running dry. Although this powerful weapon can cause mass destruction, it doesn’t cause massive damage to operators. Still, it’s the perfect weapon to assert dominance on the battlefield.

How to Unlock Stormender in Warzone and MW3 Season 1

To unlock the Stormender in Season 1, players must reach and complete sector A12 on Battle Pass. Players must navigate through all the sectors to get to A12, which can be a long grinding process. Once in Sector A12, they must complete challenges and objectives to unlock all the rewards in the sector. After players have unlocked all rewards, they get the Stormender Launcher.

The Battle Pass Season 1 sectors have various tiers players must claim and complete. They have to start with Sector A1 and complete all tier challenges before moving on to the other sectors - A2, A4, and A8. Players who want to level up in Battle Pass must earn XP while playing various modes, such as Zombies and Multiplayer. To level up fast, complete weapon challenges, and accept contracts.

The Stormender Launcher is a free-to-unlock weapon, so players don’t have to buy BlackCell, the premium version of Season 1’s Battle Pass, to unlock it. However, other new content and operator skins, like the Abolisher Operator Skin, require players to purchase the premium version.
