As you grow your kingdom and upgrade your castle in Cookie Run: Kingdom, you receive new landmarks to build—like the Balloon Dock, Bear Jelly Train, Trade Harbor, and Pavilion of Promise. One spot that always stood out but didn’t do anything was the Mine tucked away in the northeast corner.

Thanks to The Flame Awakens update, the Mines finally have a purpose. Now, you can rebuild the Mines and use them to craft useful items like Topping Tarts, Beascuits, Choco Chalks, Soulstones, and more. This guide covers how to unlock the Mines in Cookie Run: Kingdom and everything you can do there.

To unlock the Mines in Cookie Run: Kingdom, you need to reach Cookie Castle level six, expand your land to the northeast, and finish a quick quest. Thankfully, hitting level 6 isn't too hard since the tasks are pretty simple, and the upgrade cost isn’t that high, either. Here's what you need to reach Cookie Castle level six:

Cookie Castle Lv.6 Missions

Cost

  • Compete in the Kingdom Arena 10 times
  • Earn 1000 Decor Points
  • Clear 4-25 Hero's Gate (Crispia World Exploration)
  • Receive rewards from the Bear Jelly Train 4 times

300,000 Coins and 4 Aurora Items

Once your castle is upgraded, clear out the forest near the Mines. You’ll need Aurora Bricks, Aurora Compass, and Enchanted Stake (from Smithy level 5) to clear each section. After that, the "Into the Depths" quest should pop up on the right side of your screen. If it doesn’t, finish a few story quests, and it’ll show up after. If you’re already above level 6 and have cleared the area, the quest will be waiting to wrap up.

To build the Mines, you’ll need the following items:

  • 3 Aurora Pillars
  • 3 Aurora Bricks
  • 3 Aurora Compass

You can grab all of these items from the Event Shop or Seaside Market, and if you're running low on Aurora materials, this guide will help you out. The construction wraps up quickly and gives you rewards like 20,000 Coins, 30,000 Kingdom EXP, and a Topping Tart. Once you’re inside the Mines, a short tutorial will play, and then you’re good to go.

In Cookie Run: Kingdom's Mines (aka. Into the Depths), you’ll be collecting materials and turning them into useful items like Beascuits, Topping Tarts, Soulstones, and Soulprisms. Here's a quick look at all the tasks, how they work, and what you get out of them:
