There are lots of stats, derived stats, and skills to worry about when building your version of Henry in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. While a lot of the limitations on how you can build him are temporary in the beginning, there will always be a bit of give and take depending on the play style you prioritize.
No matter what playstyle you choose, movement speed will be affected by it either positively or negatively. There are lots of factors that determine your movement speed and a few ways you can upgrade your sprint to get around faster; here's how.
How To Increase Your Speed In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Speed is one of Henry's Derived Stats, meaning it can't be directly altered and is instead determined by multiple factors that can be altered. Just for your baseline speed, Agility will determine how fast you can move. You can level up your Agility simply by sprinting, stealthing, or fighting with smaller agility-focused weapons.
Speed also determines how quickly you dodge in combat.
The next major factor in your speed is the weight of your armor, as heavier armor will slow you down and lower your overall speed. To counter wearing heavy armor, you'll need to level up your Strength, lowering the stamina and speed penalty for wearing heavy armor. You can also choose to have an outfit that is just basic clothes and no armor to switch into whenever you need to take a long journey or get somewhere quickly, just be sure to switch back into armor before getting into combat.
How To Upgrade Your Sprint In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
While Agility and Strength were the main focuses for increasing your base speed, Vitality is the stat to worry about for your sprint. By leveling it up, your total stamina and stamina recovery rate will increase, but it will also give you access to two very important perks that can be purchased with perkpoints.

While you'll want to increase your overall speed, these perks offer the biggest and most notable increase to your speed, with Hermes Haste offering a very noticeable difference. Since you're already aiming to level up your agility to increase your base speed, you'll also want to get the following perk when you can:
- Ranger Run (Level 10): After sprinting for 10 seconds, your stamina will very quickly regenerate once you stop.
