Where to Find the Key to Sakuko's Mailbox in Silent Hill f
During the second visit to Ebisugaoka, your objective will be to go to Rinko's house. The house is to the far right, past the fields, but instead of taking that path, you can go north on the map to reach the Sennensugi Shrine. There shouldn't be any enemies as you make your way to the top of the shrine.
Once there, look to the left to spot the Key to Sakuko’s Mailbox and Letter from Sakuko's Mother. The letter gives you some insight into Sakuko's mother telling her daughter not to mention the weird voices she has been hearing to anyone.
How to Open Igarashi Residence's Mailbox in Silent Hill f
To use the key, you will have to make your way to Sukaku's house, which is located at the start of the area. You will have to backtrack all the way there, going past countless enemies along the way, so be cautious, especially on higher difficulties. Once you reach the Hokora, follow the road and turn left. At the end of the path, take a right and keep going until you reach the Chizuruya General Store. Take a right and follow this path to reach the area outside Sukaku's house.
There will be multiple enemies around the Mailbox, but you can dodge away from their attacks and interact with the Mailbox which will give you the Letter from the Hospital and Omamori [Spider]. This charm greatly decreases weapon durability consumption from performing Light Attacks which is great because most of the time you will have weapons with durability.
