How To Use Tier Skips In MW2 and Warzone

Call of Duty’s battle pass allows players to unlock various rewards and items when they complete different challenges. These rewards include Operator Skins like the Zombie Ghost Operator, Weapon Blueprints, and Functional Weapons for use within the game to survive and gain an advantage over others. Typically, players must follow a standard level of progression to earn rewards.

However, in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2, players can skip rewards to prioritize those they desire. This non-conventional approach offers flexibility, allowing players to begin at any point to obtain their desired rewards.

How to Get MW2 and Warzone Tier Skips

The quickest and easiest way to get tier skips in Call of Duty is from the in-game store. Players must purchase the Blackcell Battle Pass bundle, containing 20 tier skips. Alternatively, players can get tier skips by completing missions in DMZ mode or playing online matches to gather XP.

Players must achieve a specific XP threshold to be rewarded with tier skips. While completing missions and playing online matches is a lengthy process, players who enjoy the MW2 and Warzone battle royale won’t have difficulty getting the battle pass tier skips.

How to Use MW2 and Warzone Tier Skips

To use the battle pass tier skips in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone, players should go to the main menu, choose the desired sector, and interact with the item they want. There are 21 combat sectors in MW2 and Warzone, each with a high-value target, which is the primary interest item. Along with the high-value target, there are 5 other items, and each can be exchanged for a tier skip.

To earn the items and unlock the rewards, players simply trade a tier skip for the item. Once players obtain all items in the sector, they receive the high-value item, marking the end of the quest without completing multiple challenges to unlock rewards.

Although players only get 20 tier skips when they purchase a bundle, they can earn a total of 100 tier skips throughout a season. This gives players more than enough tier skips to trade for rewards across the 21 combat sectors. However, any tier skips a player purchases can only be used within that season. For example, tier skip tokens bought in Warzone Season 5 cannot be used in the Season 6 update and vice versa.
