Legendary Class Mods significantly change how characters play in Borderlands 4. Each of them provides a different kind of bonus that's usually related to an Action Skill or a playstyle, and as far as the Undead Eye mod for Vex is concerned, it's definitely more about the latter.
If you're a big sniper rifle fan, or if you want to make a silly build using the Bod Shotgun in Borderlands 4, then Vex's Undead Eye Class Mod is something you're definitely going to want. Here's where you can farm for it.

Borderlands 4: Undead Eye Class Mod Drop Location
Like many other legendary items in the game, the Undead Eye Class Mod can be acquired from enemies and chests. However, if you want to target-farm this item, then your best bet is Vile Lictor, the big story boss in Terminus Range. You can find him in the Umbral Foundry, his dedicated boss lair in the Windspear sub-region.
Like the other Order bosses in the game, you'll unfortunately need to run back to Vile Lictor's boss area before you can start farming him. Thankfully, you can skip all the fluff and just make a beeline for the Encore machine next to the jump pad leading to his arena.
How to Beat Vile Lictor Fast
Vile Lictor's first health bar is Armor, while his second one is Shields, so bring either a purely Kinetic weapon or a Corrosive and Electric one. If you want to kill him as quickly as possible, we recommend bringing your strongest gun to break his arms and armor for the first phase, then use a Maliwan Shotgun with the Beam Tosser underbarrel for the second phase.
A Complex Root with Corrosive and Electric damage can easily melt this boss because of how large his hitbox is, but if you don't have that gun, then use a Beam Tosser gun to completely demolish Lictor's second health bar. If you're strong enough, three Beam Tosser shots are all you'll need.
Vile Lictor also has a higher chance to drop some specific legendary items as well as legendary Class Items for the other Vault Hunters. Depending on how lucky you are, it may take a while before you can get an Undead Eye mod for Vex.
What Does Undead Eye Do?
This legendary Class Mod activates Vex's Blood Shot skill whenever she kills a target with a sniper rifle. Blood Shot makes Vex convert her next shot's damage to Kinetic and add bonus damage to it based on her current health. Normally, this only triggers when she uses a Repkit, but with Undead Eye, this basically becomes a Kill Skill, and all of your crits will have a 33% chance to trigger Blood Shot as well.
This is great for sniper builds, but it is especially deadly with a Finnity XXX-L legendary weapon. It's basically a minigun disguised as a sniper rifle — pair it with a crit throwing knife, and you'll be turning your target into swiss cheese in seconds.
