Highlights the target who dares to damage you. Track down and destroy them for an overshield.

Vengeance is an Exotic Armor Perk available on the Titan One-Eyed Mask helmet in Destiny 2.

Receiving damage from an enemy highlights them for 8 seconds, and killing that enemy provides you with the Vengeance buff, giving you a 95 HP overshield for 6 seconds.
