20 Kamado Nezuko – Demon Slayer
Nicknamed The Chosen Demon by Kibutsuji Muzan, Nezuko is one of the strongest demons in the Demon Slayer franchise. Due to her bloodline’s connection with the sun, she is one of two demons who have survived being exposed to it. Her Blood Demon Art also allows her to make her blood explode into pink-colored flames.
However, the fire only harms demons or anything that originates from one. She used them in several creative ways, as evidenced when she enhanced the potency of Tanjiro’s sword by engulfing it in flame and burning Gyutaro’s poison to save Inosuke and Tengen.

Todoroki Shoto is a titular tritagonist of the My Hero Academia series. Born to Endeavour, one of the best fire users in anime, it's only fitting that he follows the same path. Due to his ability to generate fire and ice, he can combine his quirks to create a cold fire by circulating cold and hot blood in his body, which grants him resistance to even the hottest flames.
He can also create a superheated flame blast by cooling the air around him before rapidly heating it, causing it to expand, significantly increasing its destructive capabilities.

Alibaba, a former prince in Magi, embarks on thrilling quests with his friend Aladdin as Dungeon Capturers. Each dungeon contains a powerful Djinn that grants incredible abilities to those who prove worthy.
Alibaba’s goal is to clear many of these dangerous dungeons, seeking the power and treasures they hold. This eventually led him to his Djinn, Amon, which enabled him to wield fire. His transformation allows him to engulf his entire body in a blazing inferno of Amon’s flames, becoming one with them.
17 Muhammad Avdol – JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures (Stardust Crusaders)

Avdol can control flames with precision and force through his Stand called Magician’s Red. His flames are hot enough to swiftly melt solid metal and leave a trail of destruction in its path.
Not limited to simple fire manipulation, Magician’s Red allows Avdol to manipulate the shape and direction of the flames at will. Since a Stand produces them, only fellow Stand users can see them. He can also detect minute temperature changes, providing Avdol with the uncanny ability to identify enemies and even detect falsehood through the changes in body heat.
16 Uchiha Sasuke – Naruto
Initially a villain, Sasuke had to work very hard to change the narrative associated with his name. From a young age, he already demonstrated a great affinity for Fire Release, learning the Uchiha clan’s Great Fireball jutsu before he became a genin. He could also use it with his shuriken, coating them with his flames.
His flame abilities increased when he learned to perform Amaterasu, a black flame that can burn anything for eternity. His application of shape transformation lets him shape the flames and manipulate them at will, using them to form piercing spikes and coating his sword in them.

Code: Breaker’s hero, Rei Ogami, is a graceful wielder of the blue flame. Often portrayed as a tough, reclusive person, he uses all of his skills to defend those he loves and exact justice on those he considers to be evil.
At first, he could only bring on the flames with his left arm, but eventually, he accesses the full extent of his power and is able to control all the Flames of Purgatory. He is ruthless in the face of evil, and a fiery force when he needs to be.
14 Enji Todoroki – My Hero Academia
Enji Todoroki of My Hero Academia, also called Endeavor, held the spot of the number one hero after All Might retired. His quirk is called Hellflame and it’s not hard to see why. He has the power to inflict dangerous heat on his opponents and thrust himself into the air with his flames.
He has the unique ability to mold his flames into what he needs, including weapons. For his strongest attack, Endeavor uses his whole body to send a beam that annihilates his opponent. This impressive finisher is called the Prominence Burn.
13 Shinra Kusakabe – Fire Force
Fire Force is full of characters who can control fire: pyrokinetics, as the show refers to them. Shinra is the passionate, impulsive pyrokinetic at the center of the story, working with Special Fire Force Company 8 to save lives and unpack his history.
For Hellfire, Shinra’s signature third-generation move, he uses dark fire shaped in the head of a demon to trap his opponent within its jaws and destroy them with an explosion. Shinra is relatively new at working with this power, but he’s shown that he’s one who best not be underestimated.

Fire Force’s Benimaru Shinmon is called Asakusa's King of Destruction for good reason. He would much rather be a lone wolf, and having the powers that he does, it is certain that he can always defend himself in the face of any form of opposition.
His flames are overwhelmingly large and powerful. He also has the ability to copy the fire abilities of others with ease. Benimaru makes use of his powers in several other unique ways, including shooting flame blades from his hands and killing doppelgängers with one touch.
11 Kyojuro Rengoku – Demon Slayer
Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, gained most of his knowledge on his own, training with instruction books and his relentless spirit. Rengoku draws heat from Flame Breathing techniques to deliver excellent swordsmanship, commended even by his opponents.
