Apparently, Stylists can find Pink Ribbon Eels in fishing spots located near the Leisurely Anglers and the Swan Gazebo. If there is a Pink Ribbon Eel in the water, pink bubbles and ripples will appear.

The Pink Ribbon Eel is difficult to catch as it will regain stamina quickly. Upon seeing a fish with a pink bubble, throw the fishing hook to bait it. Once the fish has taken the bait, pull in the opposite direction and then rapidly press the correct button to pull the fish towards you. As Pink Ribbon Eels are extremely swift, players might have to repeat these steps two to three times to successfully catch them.

After catching some of the pink Ribbon Eels, make sure to return to Mitcheli at the Leisurely Anglers to exchange the fish for mysterious gifts like Diamonds, Shining Particles, and Bling.
