The Tulletail will test players' fishing skills as it is a purple rarity fish. Similar to any blue rarity fish, the purple ones are also quite tricky to catch but will require more reeling. Once the Tulletail is hooked to the bait, players must go against the fish’s swimming direction three times and reel it in three times as well. Be patient as it can sometimes weigh more than 10 Kg, so it requires a lot of work.

There are many ways to locate the Tulletail fish, like using the tracking system from the map if you have already caught a Tulletail before, or exploring the Abandoned District’s fishing spots until you catch one. Tulletail can be found in other fishing spots around the Stellar Fishing Ground, but the chance is very low.

Next, unlock the Handsome Lads Circus Warp Spire and then approach the Strawhat Sleepy Station and ask for help to reach the Stellar Fishing Ground island. Once the preparation is complete, use the Floral Memory outfit to glide toward the island.
