How To Set Up And Use Facial Capture in InZOI

Facial capture allows you to bring your Zois in InZOI to life with your own genuine expressions, making the game even more personal. The initial setup is a bit tricky, as you'll have to install an app and sync your device, but after that, Facial Capture is incredibly easy to use.

At the time of writing, Facial Capture is only available on iOS devices.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set up Facial Capture in InZOI:

When in Character Mode, click on the Facial Capture icon in the center top toolbar. A window will appear, prompting you to verify your Wi-Fi connection.
Make sure the iOS device you intend to use for facial capture is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
Then, click "next" in the InZOI setup window. Here, a QR code will be displayed.
Use your iPhone to scan the QR code. This will direct you to download the "Live Link Face" app from the App Store.
Download and install the app on your iPhone.
Next, find your PC's IP address. While this can usually be found in your network settings on your computer, you can also view it by clicking the 'Read' button below the screenshots.
Open the "Live Link Face" app and head to the Settings menu.
Here, navigate to the "streaming" section.
Select "Live Link" and then "Add Target."
Enter your PC's IP address. Your iPhone might ask for permission to use local network devices; grant this permission.
Exit the Settings menu. In InZOI, click "next" until you reach the "Choose a device to connect" screen.
Select your iPhone from the available device list.
Once the devices are connected, zoom in on your Zoi’s face to see the Facial Capture in real-time.
