What Does Fitness Do In InZOI?
This skill improves health and physical prowess.
In InZOI, the Fitness skill is tied to a Zoi's physical abilities. In practice, a higher Fitness skill improves every action that requires your character to be healthy. You will be more successful at showing off your body with certain flirting options, for example, and your character's muscle definition will improve over time visually, which is more noticeable if your Zoi started with a less-fit-looking body type.
Improving your Fitness requires a lot of energy, though. As you increase Fitness by working out, be sure to keep an eye on your Zoi's needs, as certain needs like Hunger and Energy will deplete noticeably faster than normal during exercise.
The Fitness skill is also intrinsically tied to the Fitness Master ambition. This life goal requires players to focus almost entirely on improving their physical health with the Fitness skill, so if your Zoi has this ambition, be sure to hit the gym regularly.

How To Increase Fitness Skill In InZOI

Use Workout Equipment To Improve Fitness
The most obvious way to improve Fitness in InZOI is to take part in physically strenuous activities, typically with the use of gym equipment. The in-game description of the skill lists a few specific options, but there are other exercise machines aside from treadmills and yoga mats. In the Duwon city, for example, some apartment complexes feature a gym on the lowest level of the building where you can find other fitness interactables like a weight lifting machine.
Any exercise equipment you find and can interact with will improve Fitness the more your Zoi uses it. Just be careful not to queue up too many Fitness tasks, as your character may become tired and rapidly deplete certain needs if you don't keep an eye on it.

To become the biggest beefcake in InZOI, read fitness books when you are not working out. Books that will increase Fitness are typically clearly titled with exercise-related words like "Running" and "Physical". You can find Fitness books at any library, bookshelf, and on a tablet. To quickly raise your Fitness, queue up a few Fitness books in a row and fast-forward time. Pretty soon, you'll be flying through Fitness levels.
But just like queueing up too many exercise tasks, don't leave your Zoi alone for too long after queueing up books, as they often do not take care of their needs on their own.
