Presented as a more realistic-looking take on life simulation games such as The Sims 4, InZOI quickly became very popular. Due to its popularity, InZOI became the most wishlisted game on Steam, overcoming Hollow Knight: Silksong as the most desired title on the popular PC gaming platform.

InZOI's Age Rating Puts It in the Same Boat as The Sims 4

While inZOI and The Sims 4 differ in significant ways, their shared ESRB rating means that they will almost certainly have one notable similarity.

Now, some InZOI players are already testing the game's character creation system and coming up with a few unique results. For example, one gamer called Aljanverjan decided to recreate Luigi from the Super Mario Bros franchise. In the character shared by Aljanverjan, it’s possible to see an Italian-looking man with a long mustache and the iconic green cap and jumpsuit used by the famous plumber. Another gamer named Richie2Kreate recreated Hank Hill from King of the Hill, sharing four pictures of a character with an uncanny similarity to the protagonist of the show.

A third gamer called BaporTabo recreated the iconic Marge Simpson in InZOI, giving their Zoi yellowish skin, blue hair, and clothes that resembled the Simpsons character. Due to the realistic graphics of InZOI, however, these versions of these fictional characters were somewhat different from the ones in the original source, looking more like actual humans than a cartoon, despite still retaining the same overall style.

Apart from the in-depth character creation system, InZOI has other features that can make each character feel unique. For example, InZOI’s Trait system has 18 personality types, and each comes with its own description, keywords, values, and key characteristics, which can be either positive or negative, driving the Zoi’s needs during the gameplay. It’s likely that the system can be a good way to make characters feel even more realistic than simply relying on graphics alone.

Another interesting feature is InZOI’s Life Stage system. The system will function in a somewhat similar manner to The Sims 4 and will have nine stages of life, with six of them being available for the early access period, with the exception of Newborn, Toddler, and Adolescent. Hopefully, InZOI will remain fairly popular, and gamers will continue to come up with unique characters, sharing the results of their efforts with the community.
