An InZOI player has designed a unique terraced home that can accommodate two different families and be controlled simultaneously. While the split-household will still technically be a single family, this unique InZOI design allows players to keep specific Zois separate in two completely different households while still keeping the ability to switch between each one whenever they wish.
After decades of the life simulation genre being dominated by EA's The Sims, developer InZOI Studio has burst onto the scene to rave reviews from players. InZOI is currently in Steam early access, which means the game hasn't been technically finished yet. The good news, however, is that InZOI already has a post-launch roadmap filled with free content updates, DLC expansions, and much more. After launching in early access on March 28, fans can now expect a steady stream of new updates to be released regularly. One of the latest updates was deployed earlier this month, making further gameplay tweaks based on player feedback, such as the new ability to disable aging in Zois.

InZOI Player Design Unique Terrace Home
One of the best parts of life simulation games like The Sims 4 or InZOI is building a house. While both games come with pre-built homes for players to move into, they are also free to build and design their own homes. As InZOI comes with a plethora of intricate building features, many players are able to create some stunning homes for their Zois to live in. Reddit user Cooldoode2000 has once again created a unique design, with their latest creation being capable of housing two different households under one family. The split-terrace homes both have their own living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and more. But as they are both part of the same lot, players can house one big family in two separate homes.
While some players might wonder how it is possible to keep the households separate, the creator has informed players that they must unlock all doors and then have each Zoi set the permission to "only me" on all external doors. This will ensure that each Zoi only uses the amenities in their designated household. Those who would love to use this stunning design in-game can make the most of the InZOI Canvas feature and download the creation from the game's official website.
While InZOI has been a massive success for publisher Krafton and developer InZOI Studio, the game's player count appears to be on a downward spiral. Most players attribute this to the game's early access state, with many declaring that they are simply waiting for the developers to add more content to the game. However, after peaking at over 87,000 concurrent players at launch, InZOI's daily peak numbers have dropped by 85% in just 12 days. The new life simulation game now averages at around 11,000 concurrent players each day.
