Most items, including various Scrolls, can be obtained as loot from Chests. However, Skill Scrolls are different, as they can only be obtained for a limited time and in one way. More specifically, players can purchase Skill Scrolls in Jujutsu Infinite by visiting the Black Market.
The NPC you need is pretty easy to miss if you don't know where to look. He is located right across from the Curse Market NPC in Zen Forest. All of his goods can be exchanged for one currency, namely Candy Canes. This NPC can give players 3 different Skill Scrolls in Jujutsu Infinite for 50 Candy Canes each.
It is important to note that Candy Canes only drop during the Santa Boss fight. You only need to deal at least 3% of the total damage to him to get Candy Canes after defeating him. But you will want to deal a lot more damage to get Boss Chests, which can also drop the candies you need.

How to Use Skill Scrolls
As for usage, Skill Scrolls are no different from other consumables in Jujutsu Infinite. You have to find the Scroll in your inventory, select it, and then click on the use button. After that, your character will receive a new skill.
At the time of writing, there are only 3 Skill Scrolls in Jujutsu Infinite. Each of them grants you abilities useful for both PvE and PvP battles. Moreover, one of the skills significantly increases your mobility:
- Summon a Sleigh Skill Scroll - You stomp on the ground, creating a green circle on it. While inside the circle, your character will restore health.
- Healing Frost Skill Scrolls - You create a sleigh that allows you to move around the map at great speed.
- Create a Snowman Skill Scrolls – You summon snow allies for a short duration that attack any enemies within range.
