This article contains spoilers from the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo manga.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 6 surprised fans with Maru’s powerful abilities against Masaki Takeda, on top of revealing a seemingly familiar silhouette that looks like the one and only Yuji Itadori from a flashback. Fans are hyped about the revelations hinted at in the chapter, with Gege Akutami teasing shocking twists that could reveal hidden powers and connections.

That's not all, as Chapter 6 also confirmed a major detail about the real villain of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo. While fans are concerned about the Simurian King, now known as Dabura, as a villain comparable to Sukuna, the latest chapter raises questions about who truly holds the reins of power among the Simurian alien race. Is it really Dabura who fans need to worry about or is there someone else pulling the strings behind him?

Jujutsu Kaisen: Gojo And Sukuna Have Officially Been Surpassed In The New Sequel
  • Dabura has yet to unleash his full power in JJK Modulo.
  • Dabura is classified as a Ryomen Sukuna-level threat.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo has released six incredible chapters, each packed with intriguing details about the new faces of the Jujutsu world, Tsurugi, Yuka, and even Maru. On top of that, details about the biggest threat in the Jujutsu Kaisen sequel have been confirmed, and it’s none other than Dabura, the Simurian King, who ascends as a Ryomen Sukuna-level threat.

Dabura is shaping up to be the replacement for Ryomen Sukuna, showing signs of being as cunning and dangerous as Sukuna was in the original JJK series. His full power has yet to be revealed, but based on his appearance alone, his presence commands attention. It wouldn’t be a surprise if future chapters unleash his devastating abilities, as fans believe Dabura may even surpass Sukuna in danger and unpredictability.

Say Hello To Jujutsu Kaisen's Official New Ryomen Sukuna

With Dabura fighting on the side of the aliens, Tsurugi and Yuka Okkotsu must prepare for a battle unlike anything they’ve faced before once a massive war breaks out. With countless Simurian refugees looking for a new sanctuary, war could happen easily. Unfortunately, Yuji Itadori won’t be on the front line, unless Gege Akutami brings him back for real in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 6 unleashed Maru’s incredible abilities, with Takeda and Tsurugi Okkotsu at the receiving end. He lost control of himself, and the results were nothing short of terrifying, as Maru’s cursed technique seems to defy the natural order of law itself. While Maru’s power was impressive, it invited the intervention of his twin brother, Cross, who fans know is quite the opposite of Maru.

Unlike Maru, Cross is cold, reserved, and calculated, and it seems like he has ulterior motives in coming to Earth. Fans are now looking at Cross as the main villain of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, especially after his evil intentions were unveiled in Chapter 6. In other words, Cross seems to be the mastermind in the Simurian invasion, and Dabura is under his direct command.

Once war breaks out, we have Dabura on our side.—Cross

Cross isn’t bluffing at all, as having Dabura on his side would make the Simurians almost unstoppable at a time when Jujutsu Sorcerers have significantly weakened. If there’s anyone who could stop Cross and Dabura when war happens, it would require someone with Sukuna- or Satoru-level strength or even more to stand a chance. At this point, Maru could be that unexpected hero.

The Simurians came to Earth, specifically to Japan, to assess whether their kind could coexist peacefully with Jujutsu Sorcerers. However, Cross clearly has other plans in mind, as his true motives seem far darker, hinting at a full-scale conflict rather than peaceful coexistence.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 6 revealed that Cross was looking for opportunities to ignite a war between the aliens and the Earthlings by using Maru. If Maru kills an Earthling, war might become inevitable, and Cross’ plans would quickly gain momentum. As mentioned, with Dabura fighting on his side, the Simurians could easily win the war.

Of course, there’s always a chance that Cross could change his mind, considering he stopped Maru from attacking Tsurugi Okkotsu after hearing the latter talk about the possibility of being neighbors, which suggests that Cross might not be entirely ruthless.
