Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo has once again revived the interest of the fans in the world of sorcerers, and this new series is doing incredibly well at the moment, with more excitement to follow in the coming weeks. Set 68 years after the conclusions of the original Jujutsu Kaisen manga, fans know very well that this series has some of the most exciting characters to develop, such as the grandchildren of Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin, and at the same time, some of the most powerful villains to put on display.

Jujutsu Kaisen focused heavily on the threat of Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses. Now, in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, the threat has officially been confirmed and it is none other than aliens, much to the surprise of the fans. The aliens, known as the Simurians, are incredibly powerful, and they are led by a mighty being known to be incredibly powerful, standing on the same level as the legendary figures of the JJK world, Gojo Satoru and Ryomen Sukuna. For those wondering what the official power level of the Simurian King is, Gege has already confirmed him to be a Sukuna-level threat.

Gege is the kind of author who prefers to introduce his main villains early on in the story. In JJK, he introduced Ryomen Sukuna incredibly early and built him up slowly. In JJK0 fans knew that Geto Suguru would be the main villain quite early on, and it seems that he is going to follow the pattern here in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo.

Gege Akutami has already introduced the main villains of the story here, and they're the Simurians, an alien race that fans know little about. They are innately blessed with the power of cursed energy, and they're known to be incredibly powerful. It is said that 50,000 Simurians have invaded Earth, and they're currently looming over Japan. What's worse, their King, whose name is unknown at the moment, is incredibly powerful, known to be a threat on the same level as Ryomen Sukuna.

In other words, the Simurian King is extremely powerful, and he can rival even the King of Curses easily. Whether he will be stronger than Sukuna or not remains to be seen, but what can be said for sure is that he should be at the same level. In terms of danger, he could be worse for Japan, as he has an army of 50,000 Simurians with him, and together, they can surely wipe out Japan.

The Alien King Ranks With Gojo and Sukuna

At the moment, fans lack the required information to properly rank the Simurian King of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, when compared to Gojo and Sukuna. The safest bet is to say that he is in the same league as the other two, but the weakest of the bunch. This makes even more sense when taking into consideration the fact that he has a giant army with him, which the other two did not have. Of course, at the end of the day, he might even turn out to be stronger, but nothing can be said for now. All fans know that the alien King's power level is similar to that of Ryomen Sukuna and Gojo Satoru, and to get a proper measure of his power, readers would have to wait more.

Jujutsu Kaisen is currently one of the biggest shonen series in the world. The manga, which ended in late 2024, can be read online for free.
