Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo has done an incredible job in 9 chapters. It has taken the concept of cursed energy and morphed it into something even more exciting. It's brought in aliens, which fans were skeptical about after watching other series like Boruto fail to build on this premise, and turned into a phenomenal story. By all means, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo is the best new-gen manga right now. It's really unfortunate that this story has already been confirmed to be a short manga, because otherwise, it could've been absolutely massive.

More Focus On Worldbuilding
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo isn't just a good new-gen manga, it might also be Gege's best work. In terms of fights and action, Jujutsu Kaisen still reigns supreme, but Modulo is where Gege's character writing and wordbuilding shine. It is great to see Gege Akutami progress as a writer in front of the eyes of the readers. He's still young and has a great future in the manga industry, so Modulo being a step up from Jujutsu Kaisen, which is usually an uphill task for a sequel, is a telling sign of his quality. A lot of it is also because Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo isn't drawn by him. Gege isn't as rushed on a weekly basis and has more time to think and plan out his story. In any case, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo is an absolute joy to read.
Jujutsu Kaisen is currently one of the biggest shonen series in the world. The manga, which ended in late 2024, can be read online for free. It is available to access on Manga Plus, where this series used to be made available weekly. Jujutsu Kaisen currently has a sequel, called Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, which runs in the Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 10 will be released on November 9, 2025.
