This article contains spoilers from the JJK Modulo series.
When it comes to the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, sorcerers are classified into different power levels. The easiest way to do that comes thanks to the scale established by the Jujutsu HQ. The strongest class of sorcerers, as fans might know already, is Special Grade. Only a handful of sorcerers can be put in this classification, as they possess enough power to topple an entire country or more. In the original JJK story, only Gojo, Geto, Yuki, and Yuta were classified as Special Grade sorcerers. In JJK Modulo, which is the sequel series to the original story, Gege has officially introduced another sorcerer who fits the Special Grade rank.
It’s Time To Admit That JJK Modulo Has Already Surpassed The Original Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen is amazing, but its sequel, Modulo, is surpassing it in many aspects.
In terms of power, Yuka Okkotsu is now officially on the level of a Special Grade sorcerer, as confirmed in JJK Modulo chapter 13. She has made a Binding Vow that boosts her power significantly, but, of course, the Vow comes at a great price.
Yuka Okkotsu Is The Next Special Grade Level Sorcerer In JJK Modulo
Yuka Okkotsu is the granddaughter of Yuta and Maki. Fans know that she is incredibly powerful and that her overall potential is very high. In fact, she has the potential to surpass both her grandparents and become the strongest sorcerer ever. She could have the power of the Zenin Clan, as well as the Gojo clan, and on top of that, she will eventually go on to inherit the ring of Rika as well.
There's something that Earthling Sorcerers use as a last resort when their lives are on the line. It's called a Binding Vow. Yuka has been searching for something worth staking her life on all this time. She thought since she was gonna die anyway, she might as well for for someone else's sake. — Tsurugi on Yuka Okkotsu
All things considered, Yuka is incredibly overpowered already. However, for her powers to fully bloom, it will take quite some time and she doesn't have that luxury anymore. Yuka's brain tumour will go on to consume her life in 3 months, which means that she will never reach her full potential unless she is miraculously saved by someone. This is precisely why she ended up making a Binding Vow in the recent chapter of JJK.
This Binding Vow boosts her power tremendously in exchange for something that is precious to her. Fans don't know what exactly the Binding Vow is, but with it, Tsurugi is sure that she can stand in the way of Dabura, a Special Grade who cannot even be measured by the standard classification of the JJK HQ.
This essentially means that Yuka is now confirmed to be a Special Grade. However, within Special Grades, there is a huge gap in power. For example, Yuki and Yuta are both Special Grades, however, they are nowhere close to the level of Gojo. Similarly, Sukuna was a Special Grade, as was Hanami, and there is no competition between the two.
How strong Yuka will be as a Special Grade remains to be seen, but it goes without saying that she has acquired the status of a Special Grade already.
Yuka Made A Binding Vow In JJK Modulo
The main source of Yuka's Special Grade status is her Binding Vow and according to Tsurugi, this Binding Vow has pushed her power to the extreme limits. What she has given up in exchange remains to be seen, but it could very well be her own life, which is one of the many reasons why her boost could help her match Dabura. Tsurugi talked as if Yuka intended to shorten her 3 months and die prematurely by making the Binding Vow and sacrificing the remainder of her life.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Gege Has Already Set Up The Death Of The Protagonist
JJK's protagonist is going to die, and fans are heartbroken.
In this case, she would die a lot sooner but gained tremendous powers in exchange. Tsurugi intends to kick the Simurians out on his own and prevent the battle from happening altogether, and that is where the conflict is at the moment.
Yuka Okkotsu Will Be Able To Fight Dabura On Equal Footing
At this point in time, Yuka is already incredibly overpowered. But, if her potential was allowed to bloom, she would go on to reach the next level in JJK, possibly rivaling even Gojo. This is because Yuka will gain access to Rika, and she will give her the power of incredible cursed techniques as well as a Special Grade Curse to fight alongside her.
Long ago, the leaders of our clans, who were the users of the Ten Shadows Technique and the Limitless Technique respectively killed each other in battle. Do you understand what I'm trying to say, Megumi? — Gojo Satoru to Megumi on the potential of the Ten Shadows
On top of that, Yuka has also inherited the giant cursed energy reserves of Yuta. On top of that, fans also need to keep in mind that she could have potentially inherited the 10 Shadows Technique, as her cursed technique certainly looks very similar.
She could even have inherited Gojo's power through Yuta, who is his distant relative through Michizane Sugawara. Yuka carries tremendous potential and if her brain tumour is somehow treated, in her prime, she could go on to become the greatest sorcerer in history.
