How To Use Crafting Materials in Killing Floor 3

After you’ve collected enough crafting materials, you can use them to craft weapon mods in Killing Floor 3. Follow the steps below:

  1. Head to the Armory.
  2. Choose the weapon you want to upgrade.
  3. Select the specific weapon part you want to modify.
  4. Browse the available mod options for that part.
  5. If you have the required materials, craft the mod, and equip it.

How To Recycle Mods in Killing Floor 3

If you’re out of crafting materials but still need to upgrade your weapons, recycling mods is your next go-to option. To recycle a weapon mod, go to your loadout, select the weapon with the mod you want to scrap, and enter the mod screen. From there, select the mod again and hold the recycle button to dismantle it.

Recycling gives you back about 66% of what was used in the first place. For instance, if a mod had cost you 15 and 6 resources, you’ll get back approximately 10 and 4. It’s a decent way to get back your resources, but only do it if you're desperate or near the end of your run.
