In Killing Floor 3, the chaos of wave-based combat is intensified with new story-driven missions. One of the first missions you’ll come across is the Absolute Massacre mission. Along with surviving brutal Zed encounters, you have to complete certain objectives, such as finding Tainted Corpse Samples. Killing Floor 3 Absolute Massacre Mission Walkthrough
In the Absolute Massacre mission in Killing Floor 3, your goal is to work your way through the Army Depot while battling waves of enemies and completing your assigned tasks.
Your first objective is to find the Incident Log near the Train Wreckage. It’s directly in front of your starting point, just a few meters away. Approach the glowing device and press “E” (on PC) to play it. This sets the story in motion.
With the log in hand, fight through the incoming wave and move to the Inspection Room, a large area at the heart of the map. Inside the Inspection Room, your next task is to collect three Tainted Corpse Samples to continue the mission.
Killing Floor 3 - All Tainted Corpse Sample Locations
All the Tainted Corpse Samples are hidden in the Inspection Room, so there’s no need to search the entire map. They don’t show up with precise markers, but thankfully, they are easy to find. Here’s how to find each one:
Tainted Corpse Sample 1
Once you enter the Inspection Room, head up to the second floor near the central shuttle platform. You’ll find the first tainted corpse sample in this area. Simply walk up to the body and press "E" (on PC) to collect the sample.
Tainted Corpse Sample 2
After grabbing the first sample, you’ll need to make your way down to the lower level. Be careful, though, as fall damage is active in Killing Floor 3. Instead of jumping straight down, look for side platforms or ledges to safely go down. The second tainted corpse sample can be found on one of these platforms. It’s easier to spot from the ground floor, so keep an eye out as you move along the ground level.
Tainted Corpse Sample 3
The third tainted corpse sample is hidden on the ground floor, tucked away in one of the corners of the Inspection Room. Check behind crates or near the base of the containers to find it.
Once you collect it, you’ll have all three samples needed to complete this objective. Now, all you have to do is survive the waves of zombies for the mission to end.
All lootable corpses emit a golden light. This makes it easier to locate them and quickly find the samples.
