- Locations include Trosky and Kuttenberg regions with various herbs.
- Utilize woodland gardens for quick potion-making efficiency in the game.
Herbs play an important role in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, since players need them to craft various potions. These potions can help keep a player up and going after a tough fight, help them see better at night, or even improve their sneaking when applying their sticky fingers to another person's purse. Gathering herbs to make those potions isn't always easy, since finding the herbs a player needs can be hard.
Woodland gardens in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 are great finds because they often have a lot of different herbs in one place. Players can score a good number of these herbs without having to look for them throughout the world. However, woodland gardens can also be hard to find, since they're usually tucked away in some remote forest.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 - Best Alchemy Skill XP Farm
Surprisingly, leveling up Alchemy in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 doesn't take as much time as one would think, if you know what to do.
If players want to easily grab a large amount of herbs without too much trouble, then they should look for the following woodland gardens in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Where To Find Woodland Gardens in Trosky in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
There are six woodland gardens in the Trosky region in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Players start the game close to one--Bozhena's Meadow. This particular woodland garden only has sage and chamomile, but it's a great starting point.
None of these woodland gardens grow belladonna, so players must search the wilderness for that particular herb.
To access the woodland garden, players should follow a path heading southwest from Bozhena's hut. Before too long, they'll come across a meadow with tufts of sage and chamomile. These two herbs are perfect for making a chamomile decoction.
The next woodland garden is easily accessible since it is right in the village of Zhelejov.
To the south of the village is a house with a woodland garden behind it. There are a number of herbs that players can collect here, including:
- Sage
- Mint
- St. John's Wort
Since St. John's Wort can be pretty hard to find, this is a great location to collect it regularly.
Next, Players must head to Tachov to gather herbs from a woodland garden.
Like the garden in Zhelejov, this garden technically belongs to a villager. There's a dog, too, which might become aggressive if the player lingers too long. That said, this is a great woodland garden because it has even more herbs for players to collect. Players can find the following herbs in this garden:
- Mint
- Sage
- Marigold
- St. John's Wort
- Eyebright
- Chamomile
It's an ideal garden for getting many different herbs in one location. It's especially ideal for getting marigold, which isn't always easy to find.
A fourth woodland garden has players traveling to the far north of the Trosky map.
This woodland garden technically belongs to a herbalist named Barnaby. He doesn't seem to mind if players take his herbs, though. Players can score a ton of herbs here, including:
- Wormwood
- St. John's Wort
- Valerian
- Mint
- Marigold
- Eyebright
- Chamomile
Players will next need to head east of Trosky Castle to find an abandoned woodland garden in the middle of the woods.
This particular woodland garden isn't the easiest to find, but if players keep an eye out, they might notice an overgrown path leading into the woods from the edge of a farm field. Follow the path until it takes the player to the large garden. Players can find an assortment of herbs here, including herb paris, which isn't the easiest to find.
- Mint
- Marigold
- Chamomile
- Wormwood
- Herb Paris
- Nettle
- Eyebright
The final woodland garden will require players to travel far east to the Apollonia region. The garden here is quite small, but it has a few herbs not found in other gardens.
This garden is pretty tough to find as it requires players to weave around a path broken up by boulders. It's easy to miss, too, since the garden is quite small. However, it has some excellent herbs, including:
- St. John's Wort
- Valerian
- Comfrey
- Mint
- Wormwood
Where To Find Woodland Gardens in Kuttenberg in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
There are four woodland gardens in Kuttenberg, so players will want to visit these areas regularly to stock up on herbs.
Players can find two woodland gardens in the same area. Head to Raborsch, which is in the most northwest region of Kuttenberg.
Both of these woodland gardens are actually small gardens attached to some homes. They both boast a good amount of different herbs, too. In both these areas, players can find the following herbs:
- Marigold
- Dandelion
- Wormwood
- Thistle
- Poppy
- Chamomile
- Nettle
- Mint
Players can make a lot of potions from these two spots alone, so it's worth visiting Raborsch often to stock up.
Next, players will want to head to Grund, which has one herb garden.
Grund is north and slightly west of Kuttenberg, although it's much closer to the big city than Raborsch. This herb garden is also part of someone's home. Players can find a few different herbs here, including:
- St. John's wort
- Chamomile
- Sage
- Thistle
The final woodland garden in Kuttenberg in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has players traveling to the far south town of Maleshov. This particular garden is very easy to miss.
Tucked along a stony path in front of a house is a small garden with a number of herbs for players to collect. Players can find the following herbs here:
- Eyebright
- Marigold
- Thistle
- Dandelion
- Comfrey
- St. John's Wort
Players won't want to miss this spot since it's one of the woodland gardens that actually grows thistle. Maleshov is in the far southern portion of the Kuttenberg map, so players will need to take a bit of a walk to reach it. However, because of its collection of rarer herbs, this woodland garden isn't one to miss.
Woodland gardens remain one of the best places for players to easily collect a lot of herbs in a short amount of time. With these locations in hand, brewing potions in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is a lot more efficient.
