It will be up to the players to hunt them down, and Handsome Charlie will be the next target on this list of bandits that need to be put down. In this guide, players will find all the information they need to find and dispose of this scheming and cruel bandit.
How To Complete Handsome Charlie In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Handsome Charlie will be the second member of Guiles' band that needs to be taken down, and before players can trigger the task to hunt him, they need to complete the Canker task first. Then, they must wait two full days (in-game time) to let Guiles find the approximate location of the bandit.
After talking to Guiles, Henry will find out that Charlie has been taking refuge among a crew of Coalmakers west of Zhelejov. Henry can infiltrate the camp and silently take down Handsome Charlie, or if they prefer the direct approach, assault the camp and beat everyone into submission, which won't be as easy.
Be it as it may, players must not forget to pick up Handsome Charlie's Hat from his corpse, and get away as fast as possible before other Coalmakers realize what's going on, or worse: there's a caravan with guards that often travel across the west roads, and if they spot Henry killing any Coalmakers, they are going to think he is the criminal and an unstoppable chain of events will begin.
To avoid any major issues, it is advised to wait until 2 to 4 in the morning and observe the movements of the Guard Dog in the camp. When the dog sleeps, move to the small cabin in the furthest part of the Coalmaker camp and swiftly dispose of Charlie. Remember to carry a dagger in Henry's belt and invest some points in Thievery to make stealth kills more effective. But, if Henry catches Charlie fast asleep, he won't need to struggle too much.
Another possibility is to poison the Wine Casket in the camp with Strong Bane Poison or Henry's Bane Poison, killing everyone in camp.
After dealing with the task, take the hat back to Guiles and be done with the task. Now, the players can also take the Hat with them, though Guiles doesn't recommend it and warns Henry about people mistaking him for Handsome Charlie. There might be a hidden interaction with Handsome Charlie's Hat in the game, but at the time of writing this guide, nothing of the sort had popped up.
