In the second part of the story, Henry will make his way to the Kuttenberg Region, where players can find all sorts of quests. In Kuttenberg City, players can visit the Iron Eagle Tavern and speak with Innkeeper Franz Geldstuck. If you ask him about work, he’ll mention that King Sigismund’s soldiers have set up a camp north of the city, collecting tolls from merchants.

High Toll Task Walkthrough In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Your first objective is to make your way to the Soldier's Camp, located north of Old Kutna. The easiest route is to exit Kuttenberg city through the northern gate and ride along the straight path leading north. After some riding, you’ll reach the camp, where a cart is blocking the road, and you can speak with the Royal Customs official.
There are multiple ways to acquire the Writ. The first is by passing the speech checks when talking to the commander. The first check requires you to impersonate the city council or act tough. If successful, you’ll get a second check to read the King’s order. If you can read it, you’ll learn they were assigned to guard a different area and are stealing from merchants here. You can then order them to leave, resolving the matter peacefully.
If you choose the other option, they will become hostile, and you’ll have to fight them. Alternatively, if you fail the speech checks, you can leave the camp or fight for the Writ if you're confident in your combat skills.
You can also loot their bodies and take any valuable armor, but be sure to remove the stolen tag before selling.
Stealing The Safe Conduct In High Toll Task
One of the easiest options is to wait until night and steal the conduct from the commander while he sleeps. You can find him inside the small white hut. Go around the camp and sneak inside the hut to pickpocket the document with a red seal. Once you have the safe conduct, return to the Innkeeper, who will reward you with 100 Groschen, completing the task.
