Players will find clues about Primun Nil Nocere while talking to the Quest Tipsters in Suchdol, speaking about the local Blacksmith's wife, Mlada, who is looking for some help with her husband recently falling ill. On the other hand, players can also spot this Task while completing The Thunderstone Quest, as it will naturally lead them to it.

Once players talk to Mlada, who lives in the house near the Smithy is Suchdol, they will find out about her husband, Peter, having a strange illness: He cannot sleep, he doesn't eat, and he is becoming weaker and weaker. So, armed with that knowledge, a Survival Skill of at least 15, and a Speech Skill of at least 20, players should be able to examine the patient to help him heal.

Players should start by talking to Peter and exhausting every possible dialog option before starting to do the medical checks on him. First, they will need to go through a Survival Check of 10 and then a Survival check of 15. Finally, they need to assess the best treatment for the patient.

Ideally, players will be familiar with the Alchemy mini-game to brew potions, but they can also purchase the remedy they need from the nearest Apothecary (located west of there, in Pschitoky). If not, they will need to craft a Chamomile Brew themselves in order to help Peter rest by night and also perform other observations to help him recover faster.

Here's a full rundown on what players should do to successfully cure Peter and help Mlada in Primum Nil Nocere:

  1. Examine the patient (Hard Survival Check - 15)
  2. "You Don't Sleep Well At Night?" (Hard Speech Check - 20)
  3. Exhaust every dialog option that pops up.
  4. Summarize the examination.
  5. Craft/Buy Chamomile Decoction (the nearest Alchemy bench is located in the fortress north of Suchdol).
  6. Order Peter to drink the potion.
  7. Talk about his fears (you can either do a Hard check telling him there's no shame in running or do a Hard check to tell him to stand up and fight).
  8. Talk about his Diet and tell him to eat to regain his health.

If done correctly, players will receive a prompt that says 'Finish the treatment,' and the Task will change to 'Wait until Peter recovers and talk to Mlada.' Players will have to wait two full in-game days, and they can spend it playing dice, reading books, or hunting bandits around Suchdol.

After two days have passed, talk to Mlada again to discover that Peter is actually doing much better now, thanks to Henry's physician skills. Players will be able to convince her to surrender the Thunderstone in exchange for their help, concluding the Primum Nil Nocere quest.
