Henry has many skill trees to level up and unlock perks from in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. For weapon skills, you'll need to use that specific weapon type in combat to level it up and get access to perks, making you much more efficient when using that weapon type.

After completing the prologue for the game, you can head to the wolf pack location at Rocktower Pond to find a 
Battle Longsword, close to the location of poachers found in Bird Of Prey. From Zhelejov, follow the road heading northwest to the northern road along the side of the pond. Take the third main road leading off to the right and up into the rocks. Along the left side of that road will be rocks with wolves that can be heard howling or may even wander over to the road.
Clear out the wolves and head over to the main clearing where they were gathered. The grave of the left that had been dug up will have:

Other Ways To Get An Early-Game Two-Handed Sword In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Outside of buying one from the blacksmith, two-handed swords are a potential weapon that bandits in this region can have equipped. The loadout for bandits is different every time you load up the game and there are a few camps in the surrounding woods that are easily checked for bandits. One good location to check is the Thief's Camp located in the woods just southwest of Zhelejov. Go here at night when the bandit is sitting by his campfire to get an easy stealth skill.
Bandits at camps have a chance of respawning after a few days.
The road that goes from Troskowitz to Zhelejov turns north through a forest about halfway through, and this forest has a good rate of bandits spawning to attack anyone on the road. Both of these locations have a good chance of spawning a Bandit with a two-handed sword, usually a 
Knight's Longsword.
